Recognizing the diverse linguistic needs of our community, we’ve partnered with Jeenie, a secure, web-based translation platform that provides real-time access to professional interpreters in over 300 languages. While we are fortunate to have a full-time Spanish translator on staff, Jeenie ensures continuity of care when she is unavailable and expands our ability to communicate with patients who speak less common languages such as Karen (a dialect of Myanmar) and Cantonese. The flexibility of Jeenie’s pay-per-minute model allows us to offer these services responsibly and efficiently—only paying when the service is in use.

Care Messenger is a HIPAA-compliant messaging system that makes it easier to stay connected with our patients. Many of our clients rely on prepaid phones with limited minutes, which makes traditional phone calls a barrier to consistent communication. Care Messenger enables us to send and receive secure text messages for appointment reminders, medication pickups, and general follow-ups—giving patients the flexibility to respond when they’re able. These digital tools are helping us break down barriers, enhance accessibility, and provide more responsive care to our patients across our service area.
